Burritos, chicharrones from 4505 Meats, and spicy peppers at In-N-Out all get high marks, but the former Times critic ain't a fan of La Mar's new guinea pig dish. His past experience with cuy: "Their paws had been cut off and strewn around the rim of the plate as a garnish, like so much parsley. They were not good eating. I’ve settled on 'like stinky fatty rabbit with a skin like a thick lambskin condom' as the taste of them. [GQ]
