Enjoy a behind-the-scenes spot check from last night's festivities at Meadowood, the fourth night of the annual 12 Days of Christmas guest-chef bonanza. It was one of the most anticipated offerings, with LA's Animal guys—Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo—bringing their meatplosion antics to the Napa Valley. Partnering with vintner Hugh Davies, Team Animal concocted a tasting menu with all the usual meatgasms, albeit with a more formal, more holiday twist (see: the foie gras with marshmallow, yams and brittle).
