L'Unterman takes her crack at the new Quince today. Her assessment—following a meal at the bar—is that even though the Tusks have some new digs, this new restaurant just might be kind of a big deal: "...somehow it has managed to keep its charming, almost naive personality while becoming a more grown-up restaurant ...
