Meadowood's 12 Days of Christmas: Oakes/Kapur & Liebrandt

Eater National continues with the behind-the-scenes recaps from the 12 Days of Christmas up at Meadowood. Day Seven featured some familiar faces in Nancy Oakes and Ravi Kapur of Boulevard. Day Eight saw the talented Paul Liebrandt of NYC's Corton make an appearance, and Liebrandt certainly did his thing, using ingredients like kinome leaves from Japanese prickly ash trees and sending out dishes like foie gras suspended in gelée, quince and shiso.
