A lengthy piece in today's Guardian confronts the long-standing, oft-discussed dilemma of the Slow Food movement: how to bring it to the low-income population, be it the poorly-paid farmers/workers who actually grow the food, the underfunded school system or simply the masses hovering around the Tenderloin.
