2009_12_menutricks.jpgThe latest way for restaurants to milk every penny out of diners during these recessionary times, at least based on the flurry of recent articles about the subject: menu revamps! Some of the sneakery employed on the menu: no dollar signs, pimp out a signature item, use a decoy (an expensive item at the top of the menu to make others look cheaper), and set off profitable items with a box.
