Miketastic takes to his blog today to chime in on a pair of evolutionary eateries that have been making waves in the city: Saison and Il Cane Rosso. Given that Josh Sens just filed a three-star review on Saison and now that Patterson has rolled out daily three-course menus at ICR, it does beg the question of whether or not the Big Bauer will—or should—dedicate a formal review to either restaurant.
