Ty-Flo Begins the Build-Out at the Old Rubicon

Down on Sacramento Street, Food Network star and insta-restaurant mogul Tyler Florence has gotten the ball rolling on the gutting process at the old Rubicon. We've already shared our rough rendering, but above, take the first look at his upcoming Wayfare Tavern as it stands in the very earlygoing. For the most part, it will require a full build-out, and they've already leveled much of the pre-existing kitchen, booths and bar. Oh, and did we mention the billiard room that Ty-Flo has planned for the second floor alongside the dining area up there?
