Financial District: After being dark for over a year, there's finally some action at the old Popolo space on Bush Street, right across from Belden Lane. From the looks of the slogan—"a place for healthful cuisine"—we're going to go out on a limb and say Indulgence might be a health food joint; the optimists says that with Medicine Eatstation still MIA and likely doneski, there might be a void in that arena.
