In an interview with Charlie Palmer and his mustache, we learn that the chef does not understand why his Dry Creek Kitchen was stripped of its Michelin star, and also that he's got quite the literary endeavor in the works: "I'm also working on a pork book that's not light-hearted ... At one point, the photographer was doing a photo shoot with two Scandinavian twins in a slaughterhouse in Denmark. It's blood, animal parts, and beautiful Scandinavian girls. The working title is 'The Blood and the Beauty.' We're self-publishing it." Well, naturally. [FoodGal]
