The new year is bringing some bold menu changes up at Cyrus. Not only have Douglas Keane and company done away with the a la carte option, but they've unveiled five and eight course vegetarian tasting menus alongside th regular tasting menus, charging the exact same price for both ($102 and 130, respectively). And (bonus!), some of the dishes are even interactive: "...a Japanese brine that coagulates his house-made soy milk into tofu in less than five minutes. While you watch." [BiteClub]
