So many openings, so little time. As always, if you spot a newcomer we've missed, do tell.
1) Piedmont: Following many frustrating delays, Dopo spinoff Adesso finally made its debut last night. The 50-seat space features a small menu with bar bites and salumi, but we suspect the bigger draw will be the all-Italian wine list and a cocktail menu concocted by Jay Kosmas of NYC's Employees Only. 4395 Piedmont Avenue, at Pleasant Valley Avenue; (510) 601-0305 [EaterWire]
2) Temescal: Also across the Bay, Barlata will open its doors tonight, right on schedule. We'll refer you to the Eater Archives for more info on the traditional tapas joint from B44's Daniel Olivella, but know that a menu is up online, latas are also available for sale, and it's open daily from 5pm to 11pm. 4901 Telegraph Avenue, at 49th Street; (510) 450-0678; website [EaterWire]
