Today, The Atlantic unveils a shiny new food website, and there's certainly a lot going on over there. It's headed by Corby Kummer, and already, we've got all kinds of feature articles about topics like turkey farming (by Bill Niman), dinner with Larry David, the process of building a vineyard in Napa, Italy's most famous butcher, and so much more. There's also something overlooked by most print websites: that precious RSS feed. [The Atlantic Food Channel]
