Japantown: We've got a bevy of hot openings on tap for the latter half of this week, but since the news first broke about Bushi-Tei's upcoming offshoot way back in September, the sequel has flown under the radar for the most part. Lo and behold, Bushi-Tei Bistro will make its debut off the corner of Post and Webster tomorrow. Some shots of the layout are above and as you can see, the space splits into a main dining area and an adjacent wine bar area. There are about 80 seats total, and as mentioned earlier, the menu is more casual version of Tak Matsuba's signature French-Japanese fusion at Bushi-Tei. 1581 Webster Street, at Post; (415) 409-4959
