One of Yountville's biggest wineries is in dire straits financially: "A prominent Napa Valley winery, Cosentino Signature Wines, said Thursday it has defaulted on interest payments on $18 million in debt and is looking for alternative financing ... Cosentino shares lost almost a quarter of their value Thursday on the London Stock Exchange." Now that's a rough day. (Update: Let us point out that the aforementioned Cosentino Winery is not related to Incanto's Chris Cosentino in any way, shape or offal form). [PD]
