Union Square/NoPa: Fans of the current incarnation of Bar Crudo have exactly two weeks to make a final trip, because the location at 603 Bush Street will officially shutter on April 25th. Then, Mike and Tim Selvera's plan is to open the new, bigger location on May 1st, at 655 Divisadero, right across from the Independent (Of course, "bigger" is a relative term; it's still very cozy). Meanwhile, as we reported last month, Bar Crudo's current neighbor Tunnel Top will be taking over the soon-to-be-vacated space, keeping a similar crudo concept in place, and calling it Swell. It's all happening, people.
