Right on schedule, yesterday marked the swan song for Larkspur's Lark Creek Inn, which will now close for a few weeks to be reborn as The Tavern at Lark Creek. When it reopens in May, the new venue will eschew its destination restaurant tag in favor of the more casual, neighborhood route: entrees under $15, seasonal menu, new interior vibe and the increasingly-ubiquitous wood-burning oven.
