There's some concept shuffling at work up in Nob Hill proper. Le Club—aka the "destination for discerning clientele" that you once had to have a reservation to have a drink—has decided to forgo the baked Alaska and escargot in favor of something more in tune with the times: "'We're lowering the price points and making the food less fussy,' [co-owner Gina] Milano says.
