Signage Alert: Introducing Urban Burger to Valencia

The Mission: The above shot comes via the Eater SF Flickr Pool (which you should join), and at long last, finally sheds some light on the new inhabitants of the shuttered Yum Yum House space. As suspected, it's indeed going to be a burger joint, but not just any old rural burger: an Urban Burger. From the looks of things, it should be open any day now, and given the prevalence of mediocre burgers in the Mission, here's hoping it's a step up from its competition, for everyone's sake.
