Speaking of Berkeley, a new restaurant has been announced as part of the $28 million green, nonprofit center: "A restaurant called Terrain will open in a 3,200-square-foot ground floor space in the fall ... the building will receive LEED Platinum, the highest certification, from the U.S. Green Building Council." Bonus: on its site, Terrain says it will be "so incredibly positive, so remarkable, and so memorable." Oh, Berkeley. [BT]
