Steve Plotnicki's annual Opinionated About Dining Survey was released yesterday. The French Laundry nabbed a score of 100, the top marks in the country, while Manresa (99), Chez Panisse (94), Cyrus (94), Ubuntu (94), and Coi (94) followed close behind. On the other end of the spectrum, there's a "Can't Recommend" section, which includes Tadich Grill, Tra Vigne, Sutro's (pre-Morrone?), Press and Bistro Don Giovanni. New to the survey this year is a Cheap Eats category, where the top locals are Tartine Bakery and Mama's. [OAD]
