Embattled Embarcadero Center restaurant Sens is launching a new Hookah Happy Hour. The smoky promotion will start next Friday (4/17), and going forward, will take place on all weekdays. Hookahs will be $15 a pop on the patio, and there will be discounted booze as well. It's not a bad deal, but still, not the most encouraging move for a restaurant saddled with a tough locaiton.
