Since 2003, Michael Mina has opened 14 restaurants, with two more planned in '09, including RN74 on April 24th, but given the current economic state, he's finally putting a halt to his empire's aggressive expansion: "'Moving forward, with the economy the way it is, I feel it’s important now to focus on what we have, not on opening three to four a year'' Mina said.
