Down south, the prix fixe menu by Charlie Parker and his consulting mentor David Kinch is now being offered at the Cellar Door Cafe at the Bonny Doon Vineyard. The cafe is offering a single $28 three-course menu nightly, and though Kinch's fingerprints are all over it, Parker has some chops too. Guy has worked as sous chef at both Manresa and Ubuntu and has just returned from Copenhagen's two-star Michelin restaurant Noma. [SCS]
