Palio d'Asti owner Dan Scherotter—also president of the Golden Gate Restaurant Association—hops on the BauerBlog to share some intriguing restaurant math today. He points out that the cost of business in San Francisco is nearly double that of other big cities, mostly due to California's lack of a tip credit (we'd like to see LA's stats too).
