2009_05_fishfarm.jpgWe've had health care surcharges and water surcharges, but now Frank Klein is flipping the tables and implementing a thought-provoking price system at Fish & Farm. Klein describes the new, all-inclusive menu to Bauer thusly: "No surcharges, no extras, no nothing above what it says on the menu ... We are going to become the anti-surcharge restaurant." Tax and tips will be built into the menu prices as well. Yay/nay? [BauerBlog]
