A notable clarification/update to yesterday's news that Rick Howard and George Karas (Harry's Bar) have taken the space that last housed PJ's Oysterbed: the pair has indeed bought the building, but they've leased it to Fresca, who will open up a fourth SF location in the next few months when construction is complete.
