Eater on Location: Live at the Aspen Food & Wine Classic

So, administrative note: we're coming to you live from the 2009 Food & Wine Classic in lovely Aspen. The sun is out in full force, many birds are chirping, and Blais is already twittering up a storm. We'll be headquartered at the lovely Little Nell—hey, right next to Michel Richard!—for the duration of the festival, with all kinds of round-the-clock coverage from this little soiree's cast of characters, events and of course, the parties. Regular local programming will still take place today, but we'll be posting Aspen dispatches all weekend long. Buckle up.
