Top Chef Masters, Ep 3: Recap and Bonus Listage

Last night's episode of Top Chef Masters showcased a sweet but slow-moving lady from Napa who had never seen a pressure cooker before (Cindy Pawlcyn), an incredibly-charismatic villain who kept reminding everyone he was French (LA's Ludo Lefebvre), a guy from Puerto Rico who pretended he had little T-Rex arms (Wilo Benet) and the Ned Flanders of the Mexican cuisine world (Chicago's Rick Bayless). Since it was a street food challenge, Bayless won and made tongue-kissing jokes soon thereafter. Here's the buzz from the interwebs:
