SAN FRANCISCO—The latest chapter in the Healthy SF v. GGRA battle has arrived. On Monday or Tuesday next week, the SF restaurant group will file a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court, "asking it to review a 2008 federal appeals court decision upholding the legality of San Francisco’s health care spending law." But the Supreme Court won't decide whether to take up the case until its next term, which kicks off in October. [BI]
