Phau Lam—the really mean SoMA restaurateur who continued to charge customers' credit cards even after his restaurant closed—has been sentenced to over three years in prison. He pleaded guilty to 32 felony counts, including (but not limited to) grand theft, forgery and identity theft. Dude also has to pay $28,000 in restitution. [ABC]
