The Shutter: City Grill Doneski After Six Months

Noe Valley: As noted by NV Blog, 24th Street's youngest restaurant, City Grill, has already succumbed to the shutter. While Contigo continues its hotness right around the corner on Castro, City Grill owner Stefano Coppola (also of Lupa next door) decided to cut bait on his struggling American restaurant following Saturday night service. Storefront scribbles indicate that Bistro 24—something of the French ilk perchance?—will reemerge in the troubled space.
