Though there's been some confusion surrounding the "soft-opening" designation at Rickhouse, for all intents and purposes, it's definitely debuting tonight ... at which point the Bourbon & Branch sequel will likely take its official place as the cocktail circuit's new obsession. The soft opening label mostly stems from the fact that they need some time to get the eventual (ridiculous) full list of ~60 cocktails perfected and fully operational. A superbonus fun fact that has gone largely unmentioned thus far is they'll be open starting at noon. For more on what Rickhouse is "prepared to offer," check the official site.
