A Sacramento man who killed four people while drunk driving is now suing the restaurant that served him alcohol, claiming that the restaurant "in some manner bear[s] legal liability or responsibility" because the guy got in his car and did 72 down the wrong side of the street with a blood alcohol level twice California's legal limit. The opposing lawyer—and pretty much anyone else with a brain—is calling the lawsuit "a crock." [Sacbee]
