M-Bizzle is simply ecstatic about the latest makeshift restaurant to find its way to town. Called Saison, it's an experimental concept from former Chez TJ chef Joshua Skenes and Local somm Mark Bright, who are combining forces for a Sunday night $60 four-courser at Stable. In these days of widespread open kitchens and counter seating, the gimmick isn't too revelatory though: "[Guests] will briefly meet the kitchen staff, and some of the ingredients in that night's menu, and will then be escorted to their table, no more than 30 feet away from the cooking area."
