2009_07_wexlersreview.jpgThe Unterminator breaks the ice on the month-old Wexler's, and she's smitten with the "smart little place" on Sacramento Street. Simply put, the review is a full-on rave, with Charlie Kleinman and co. hitting on all cylinders, from the oyster stew ("one of the best dishes in town") and the main courses (they "show off Kleinman’s technical wizardry"—wizardry, people!) all the way down to the drink and lunch menus. Conclusion: "This is a high-concept restaurant but it stays friendly, casual, moderately priced and community-based." [SFE]
