Top Chef fan favorite Fabio Viviani's new cookbook is out, and seeing as how he wrote "whatever came out of [his] mouth" in both English and Italian, it's promised to be a very entertaining enterprise, though it's unclear whether readers will be laughing with or at him: "This book, you are going to laugh all the way through ...
