The Courting of Una Pizza

2009_07_unapizza.jpgSan Francisco is still the first choice for Anthony Mangieri, the obsessive chef/owner of New York's recently-departed Una Pizza Napoletana, but by no means his only option. His tour de force: "First, there’s a motorcycle trip to Maine. Then he might visit Italy. Eventually, he’ll go to San Francisco and look at neighborhoods for the pizzeria.
