According to a tipster/stalker, Adriano Paganini—he of Beretta and Pasta Pomodoro fame—was checking out the vacant space directly across Valencia, last seen housing the short-lived Janitzi. Seeing as how he and the Beretta team already have two new projects directly in their sights (and quickly nearing), odds are he was just making nice with the neighbors and/or succumbing to curiosity, but you never know.
