Great Moments in Food Media: Bauer Does the Twitter

The Biggity Bauer created his account a few weeks ago, but today, he has officially taken the plunge into the Twitterverse. Why is this significant? Well, after being one of the few national critics to blog consistently for the past several years, Bauer now also holds the title of one of the only major American food critics on Twitter. Of course, it remains to be seen what exactly he'll tweet about (and how frequently/relevantly), but if he's half as entertaining as Gael Greene (or twice as entertaining as Rocco), it should be a decent show. Cross those fingers.
