Local pigmaster Ryan Farr goes to New York for a week, and (deservedly) finds his way into today's Times feature on, ahem, young, "exceptionally hot" butchers who apparently possess "the raw, emotional appeal of an indie band." That whole band-aid subplot aside, Farr shares that he's indeed still working on opening his own 4505 Meats butcher shop and will soon extend his exhibitions beyond the porcine realm to include a lamb and a quarter of a steer.
