PAC HEIGHTS—Per tomorrow's Scoop, SPQR has hired Matt Accarrino as its new executive chef. His new menu will roll out in late September, when SPQR will essentially relaunch itself. Accarrino, who also boasts Per Se on his resume, was last seen heading up the Los Angeles branch of Tom Colicchio's Craft, but that marriage was dissolved back in May. [Scoop]

TELEVISION—The chefs for the upcoming Top Chef Vegas dropped a few weeks back, and now Bravo has announced the new crop of judges too. A few on the list: Wolfgang Puck, Natalie Portman, Penn & Teller, Hubert Keller, Charlie Palmer, Nigella Lawson and gasp, Thomas Keller. [EaterWire]

LONDON—A UK shop is now making a Viagra-esque ice cream, called the Sex Pistol and made from "natural stimulants" and Absinthe. Humphry Slocombe, your move. [Telegraph]

OUTER SUNSET—Grub Street reports that Parkside Tavern is opening today in the old Rick's space on Taraval. It's a new pub from the folks behind Johnny Foley's in Union Square. 1940 Taraval Street, between 29th and 30th; (415) 731-8900 [GS]

INNER SUNSET—A tipster passes along a Craigslist ad for a "new trend dessert cafe" that is apparently opening a new location in San Francisco. The location is set to Inner Sunset/UCSF. Anyone? And pray tell us, what a trend dessert cafe entails. [CL]
