Pacific Heights: Here we have the current state of affairs within the next jewel in Charles Phan's still-developing San Francisco empire, the Bush/Fillmore location of Out the Door. From the construction shot, it might look a ways off, but as noted not too long ago, it's actually (and finally) quickly nearing. Tastings are already underway—the usuals, pho, banh mi and breakfast too—and that development leads Eater HQ to put the over/under on its arrival at three weeks. Go ahead and place your bets.
