2009_08_healthysflogo.jpgRestaurant owners probably have some facts of their own to share, but a new study reveals that the Healthy SF mandate hasn't hurt the city's growth rate or employment rate one bit: "This held true in retail, food service, restaurants and hotels, the sectors most strongly impacted by the health care ordinance because they traditionally have a lot of low-income workers and aren't as likely to offer health insurance as higher-paying industries." Meanwhile, the Supreme Court hasn't yet determined if it will hear the GGRA's lawsuit. [Chron]
