ASIAJamie Oliver is going to be opening an entire chain of Italian restaurants across Asia. Over the next five years, he plans to roll out 30 restaurants in Hong Kong, China, Japan, Taiwan and Korea. [Telegraph]

NOB HILL—In the Huntington, Big 4 has announced that it will be bringing back lunch on Thursdays and Fridays, starting in mid-September. Lunch will run from 11:30am to 3pm, and the bar will be open all day. [EaterWire]

FISHERMAN'S WHARF—Not only is the gourmet cocktail movement slowly seeping towards the north side of town, but so is the fancy coffee one. Lady Hopstress reports that a new dessert cafe called DeLise is on the way.
