Fisherman's Wharf: In the historic Cannery building on Fisherman's Wharf, the Dirty Martini shuttered last week and has already been completely gutted. With a scheduled reemergence date of October 1st, heavy construction is very much underway for the entirely new concept from Dirty Martini owner Mick Suverkrubbe (also of Cosmopolitan and Circa, which—unconfirmed rumor has it—might be on the market). We're told that the new name of the Cannery project is going to be The Parlor. It's almost a certainty that fancy cocktails will be involved, no? Not that there's anything wrong with that.
