The Unterminator revisits Z&Y Restaurant, the Chinatown eatery now run by a chef/owner who used to cook for Chinese presidents. Unterman's first visit is a "mundane" flop, but lo and behold, the $400 version is better: "The 17-course banquet for 10 ($400, including tip) showed off the fine palate and artistry of a highly trained and passionate chef ... I knew that Z&Y could perform on a higher level." [SFE]
