Who thinks that last night's congressional address on health care will lead to a food reform movement? Well Michael Pollan does, of course. In an op-ed piece in the Times today, Mike suggests that if insurance companies are going to have to accept pre-existing health conditions, they will try to encourage agribusiness companies towards a food reform movement that will crack down on all of the soda and junk food that causes obesity and Type 2 diabetes. Keep up the good work, Mike! [NYT]
