In the just-live October issue of SF Mag, Josh Sens adds to the chorus of raves at Flour + Water. From Thomas McNaughton in the kitchen to David White out front, there's not one stumble at the Mission hit (and yes, the pasta might be even better than the pizzas): "No wonder lines form early outside Flour + Water ... It's what the Italians call a ristorante onesto, an honest restaurant, though it might also qualify as a corsa alla casa base. It is, after all, a home run."
