Score one point for the good guys in the crackdown that has been dubbed the City's War on Fun. Yesterday, the ABC was forced to drop its complaint against the Great American Music Hall, because a judge decided that "the regulation relied upon by the ABC was ambiguous." However, the decision is separate from the similar cases involving DNA Lounge and Cafe du Nord, among others. [NBC via SFist]
